I herewith declare that I know Mr A. PUTTER since about three years in which he followed my courses in econometrics and mathematical economics. Mr Putter proved to be a veri active participant in my seminar where he also gave a lecture himself. He has a good understanding of econometric methods and took part in the discussions in a skillful and pleasant way.
