Bijgaand zend ik je de bespreking van het Arnhemse Stadsplan weer terug. Ik geloof dat de toon overal in orde is, zodat ik daarin geen enkel beletsel tot publicatie zie. Daar ik het rapport zelf niet heb gezien en ik het ook niet in alle delen zou kunnen beoordelen, moet ik de eigenlijke mening voor jouw rekening laten. Maar de argumenten die je geeft, lijken mij van betekenis. De vraag blijft dan of daar misschien zoveel tegenover staat, dat men over het geheel toch tot een ander oordeel zou moeten komen, hetgeen ik dus niet weet en ook niet suggereer.

Enclosed I am sending you back the review of the Arnhem City Plan. I believe the tone is in order throughout, so that I see no obstacle to publication. Since I have not seen the report itself and would not be able to judge it in all its parts, I must leave the actual opinion to your account. But the arguments you provide seem significant to me. The question remains whether there might be so much to counter them that, on the whole, one would have to come to a different judgment, which I do not know and do not suggest.
