I still have to apologize for not having tried to get hold of you on the occasion of my second visit to the Comite de Inversiones on Saturday November 6. I had understood that you would be with the discussion anyhow; before seeing Mr Salinas I spoke with Mr KOHLBECK and after the conference with Mr Salinas I had another appointment which made it impossible for me to see you,
I hope there will be another opportunity to be in contact; I am sending you 2 papers on subjects related to yours. Might you care to make some comments on either of them I would be very much obliged indeed.
