In antwoord op Uw brief van 10 Juni deel ik U mede, dat in de opstelling van Plan II één post vergeten is, nl. die in noot 2 op blz. 32 van mijn advies is genoemd. Dit bedrag van f 300 mln moet nog worden afgetrokken van de f 825 mln en de uitkomst wordt daardoor dus f 525 mln.
De reden dat dit cijfer in een noot is weggestopt is, dat een verdeling over de twee bekkens niet mogelijk was, althans voorshands.

In response to your letter of June 10, I inform you that in the preparation of Plan II, one item was forgotten, namely the one mentioned in note 2 on page 32 of my advice. This amount of f 300 million still needs to be subtracted from the f 825 million, and the result therefore becomes f 525 million.
The reason this figure was tucked away in a note is that a distribution over the two basins was not possible, at least for the time being.
