Herewith I confirm that the Central Planning Bureau of the Netherlands, Raamweg 18, the Hague, wants to receive 600 (six hundred) copies without cover of the forthcoming article by Messrs Vermetten and Plantinga in The Review of Economics and Statistics. Thank you very much for your arrangement of the payment of the reprints. Of course, we gladly accept your proposal to meet half the expense of the reprints. We shall remit $ 20 plus shipping charges immediately after receipt of the reprints.
