Zou je er voor voelen om bijgaande candidaatstelling te steunen van onze vroegere landgenoot Koopmans ? In overleg met Goudswaard heb ik mij de houding aangemeten als secretaris geen gewone candidaturen te steunen. Ik zou je niettemin zeer dankbaar zijn wanneer je in dit geval de procedure zoudt willen vergemakkelijken door je steun aan deze candidaatstelling te verlenen. Ik ben natuurlijk gaarne bereid, voorzover nodig, je over de kwaliteiten van Koopmans nader in te lichten. Bij voorbaat dank. 1
