Thank you very much for yours of December 9 1953 and for the reading list you sent me. Only recently I had a chance to read more quietly the long report on techniques of programming; in addition I also read the report on the integration of Central America. Both are very interesting and useful reports. I waited with my answer untill I finished reading which unfortunately took me quite some time because of other duties. I hope you excuse the long delay which resulted.
