During my absence the three extra copies you asked for were sent to you. Unfortunately some more typing errors have been discovered; therefore I am sending you another four copies with corrections.
In discussions on the paper held at the Hague and at Cambridge some interesting small additions have been born, which I shall send to you within a few days. They relate to page 11, line 9 from the bottom, which will be formulated somewhat differently, whereas about half a page or a page will be added.
