Dear Mr Bator,
Please, find enclosed the paper I promised for the October 1954 conference. I hope it will meet the standards set for this conference. You asked me in your letter of December 8, 1953 who would be able to read my paper in my absence. It certainly could be asked of Prof. Polak. If he would not be able to do so I could imagine that somebody familiar with the subject matter could also be asked to do so, and Prof. Fellner may be able to find out who would be the appropriate person.
