Dear Mr. Kittredge,
I shall be very glad to see you on February 23rd in the evening. Please let me know what hour and place suits you best. I myself am quite free.
Dr. Koopmans also spoke to me about his application suggesting that it might be overlooked if the number of applicants was already too high. It is my intention to propose to Mr. Loveday that Dr. Koopmans might replace me in Geneva from September onwards, and in that case his application would automatically be withdrawn.
