Zeer geachte Heer Hutte,
De Haagse Rotary Club zou zeer gaarne van U een korte uiteenzetting aanhoren omtrent de groepspsychologische onderzoekingen in de industrie onder Uw leiding uitgevoerd door het Instituut voor Praeventieve Geneeskunde. Uw naam ontving ik door bemiddeling van Professor Koekebakker. De belangstelling voor het onderwerp werd gewekt door het lid der club Ir Fetter. Het is gebruikelijk dat dergelijke toespraken worden gehouden ter gelegenheid van de lunchbijeenkomsten in den Haag, die de club elke Vrijdag houdt te 12u.15, in Hotel de Witte Brug in den Haag. Tot mijn spijt is het niet gebruikelijk dat daarbij een honorarium wordt aangeboden, doch uiteraard worden den spreker zijn kosten vergoed en is hij de gast van de club.
Indien het U zou schikken op 22 of 29 Juni te spreken, zou het in het programma bijzonder goed passen, doch een latere Vrijdag is ongetwijfeld ook welkom.

Dear Mr. Hutte,
The Hague Rotary Club would very much like to hear a short presentation from you regarding the group psychological research in industry carried out under your leadership by the Institute for Preventive Medicine. I received your name through the mediation of Professor Koekebakker. Interest in the subject was piqued by club member Ir Fetter. It is customary for such speeches to be held on the occasion of the lunch meetings in The Hague, which the club holds every Friday at 12:15 p.m., in Hotel de Witte Brug in The Hague. To my regret, it is not customary to offer a fee, but of course the speaker's costs are reimbursed and he is the guest of the club.
If it would suit you to speak on June 22 or 29, it would fit particularly well in the program, but a later Friday is undoubtedly also welcome.
