Dezer dagen hebben we aan je adres verzonden het Centraal Economisch Plan 1952. Daarin vind je vermoedelijk datgene wat je zoekt over de invloed van de binnenlandse koopkracht op de betalingsbalans. Deze formulering is mij nl. niet geheel duidelijk. Zij kwam voor in een brief van Van der Valk, die ik zojuist ontving.
