Dear Professor Carter,
Further information about appropriate candidates for the function of instructor learned me that a suitable candidate probably would be Mr P.W. SETON who took his M.A. degree with honors and worked for a couple of years with the Netherlands Transportation Institute. He was recommended to me by Professor H.W. Lambers. J.B.
On closer consideration I also think that Mr VERMETTEN would be a candidate I could recommend.
