My dear Harrod,
May I introduce to you Messrs O. KAMERLING and B.C. WILMINK, President and Vice-President respectively of the "Presiding Country Committee" of the "International Association of Students in Economics and Commercial Sciences". The meaning of their titles is that this year the Netherlands are presiding this organization of international exchange of students, which in the recent past did a tremendous piece of good work in this type of exchange. They feel, however, that the collaboration on the continent is running better than the one between the continent and the United Kingdom. They would therefore like to be in touch with such students associations or other people who might be willing to strenthen this sort of co-operation.
Since I am certain that you will take an interest in this endeavour, I venture to ask you to help these gentlemen in finding their way in Oxford.
