In a conversation with Dr Jacoby in Paris last week I heard that very interesting and important reports have been prepared by your institutes. I wonder whether it would be possible to have copies of some of these. I am particularly interested, as you will understand, in the more general aspects of the rate of investment and of development, and the way in which this could be influenced by tax policy. Superfluous to say that if any costs are involved I shall be glad to pay them.
