(v) Duinkerken,

For the crossing of a car, the details of which are stated on the attached appendix, I would like to know the return costs from (i) Hook of Holland,
(ii) Flushing,
(iii) Ostend,
(iv) Calais, and
(v) Dunkirk,
and also the conditions for the travelers themselves associated with the crossing.
