Your letter of July 6 made me a very great pleasure and your indications were of great use to my work. I have written to Geneva for publications you mentioned.
I am myself in sharge now of setting up a central economic plan for which task I have got a staff of some fifty people. Problems lie very difficult and in 1946 only a very moderate level of consumption will be possible. The work on these problems, however, is very stimulating.
