Dear Professor,
Excuse me for answering your letter of March 22nd only to-day. I had seen dr Wynheymer before, but did not know enough of his work to give an opinion by myself. I therefore asked his present chief Mr. Geveke of the Government's economic intelligence service who reported to me that Mr Wynheymer is an excellent member of his staff. I also saw one of his professors who likewise showed himself very satisfied about Mr Wynheymer's performances.
