Dear Professor Teaf,
It appears that in order to get a visa my invitation letter written by Dr WHYTE is not sufficient as a document. The American authorities in the Netherlands require a so-called letter of notification in which I am indicated as a participant in the exchange visitors' program. I understand that it is a document P. 65 which is issued by the State Department. I would be most grateful to you if you would kindly pass this letter to the relevant official of Haverford College.
