Jan Sandee
Jan Sandee is a Chemical Engineer who specialized, however, on statistics and Economic analysis. He worked with the Netherlands Central Statistical Bureau with the U.N. (ECE, Geneva) and with the Central Planning Bureau where he is now the Chief of the Research Division. He is a very clever and efficient expert on econometric research, with a wide knowledge of economic conditions and problems and probably also capable of project appraisal in the field of chemical production. I recommend him warmly for a position with the Bank.
