Dear Horst,
Excuse me for not having answered you yet upon the arrival of your interesting manuscript. I am afraid I had hoped to give you the reaction of my colleagues together with my own, and probably this explains my neglect. It is with Witteveen now, and Verdoorn, who was absent, will be back towards the end of the month. I found the manuscript very interesting and anyhow it has safely arrived.
