I was very glad to receive Prof. Frisch's offer to publish my paper "Four Alternative Policies to Restore Balance of Payments Equilibrium", of which I also sent a stenciled copy to the Cowles Commission. It goes without saying that I accept the usual procedure of having the manuscript gone through by referees. For your convenience I am sending you a second copy with some small corrections.
