Zeer geachte Heer Kessler,
Bijgaand zend ik U het toegezegde uittreksel, alsmede een prae-advies dat ik in ambtelijke kring heb uitgebracht, het aan de heer Holtrop overlatende of hij dit laatste al of niet wil toevoegen aan de stukken van de Bankraad. Voorzover dat gemakkelijker zou zijn, zou van het gestencilde stuk het benodigde aantal kunnen worden geleverd door het Planbureau, waartoe U zich met Mevr. Voskuil in verbinding zou kunnen stellen.

Enclosed I send you the promised extract, as well as a preliminary advice that I have issued in official circles, leaving it to Mr. Holtrop whether or not he wishes to add the latter to the documents of the Bank Council. Insofar as it would be easier, the required number of the mimeographed document could be supplied by the Planning Bureau, for which purpose you could contact Mrs. Voskuil.
