Bijgaand zend ik je maar vast mijn antwoord aan Houthakker met het verzoek zelf in te vullen het nummer van de Economist waarin zijn artikel verschijnt. Met de plaatsing heb ik uiteraard geen haast en, zoals ik al schreef, lijkt het me niet elegant om het in hetzelfde nummer als Houthakkers artikel te plaatsen.
