I am very sorry that I shall not have the opportunity of seeing you: from March 11 till March 19 I shall be in Geneva. I am sure, however, that Mr Goudswaard who gives dr Derksen's courses at the Netherlands School of Economics and who is at the same time the director of the permanent office of the International Statistical Institute, will be very glad to show you what activities are being undertaken in the field of the statistics and econometrics in the Netherlands.
