Dear Sir,
Professor Tinbergen is on leave but asked me to answer your letter of July 21. The term "decision models" was introduced by Frisch in a U.N. Paper 1949 referred to by Prof. Tinbergen in his book "Econometrics", Chapter VIII. I am sorry not to be able to look up the exact title of the U.N. Paper, but the book is not at home just now.
Prof. Tinbergen is leaving for the States in the beginning of September, so he will not go down to Rome. He will be back in the beginning of 1954. His address is for that time: College Lane 3, Haverford College, Haverford, Pa.
