My dear Staehle,
In the last few months Mrs Voskuil several times tried to get Schlote's book for you, but so far without succes. At present, however, it can be obtained in English and I shall have pleasure in sending it you within short. I am writing this to you because otherwise you might buy it yourself; but you may remember our contract !
I am sorry not to be able to let Sandee go to Geneva already by January 1st and I do hope that the solution now proposed is agreeable to you.
We still hope to get you here sometimes and I think we are able to extend to you an invitation to give a few lectures in Holland within short. I shall let you know as soon as I have the answers of the organizations with which I am in contact.
