This is to certify that I know messrs N.J.Keuning and P. Braakensiek, students at the Netherlands School of Economics, and that I recommend them to your help and support. They are travelling under the auspices of the N.B.B.S. (Netherlands Foreign Relations for Students) in order to consolidate the relations between Dutch and Scandinavian students. One of the ways by which they hope to do so is by establishing, if possible, a sort of camping centre for Dutch students. Knowing your interest in skiing I hope you are willing to assist them by instructing them whom they have to see for this purpose.
