Zeer geachte Heer Van Dreght,
Tijdens Uw afwezigheid sprak ik met Uw plaatsvervanger inzake de aanvraag tot naturalisatie d.d. 29 Mei 1949 van de heer Ernst Lambrecht Frensdorf, Aurorastraat 11, Utrecht.
Daar het voor laatstgenoemde thans van vitaal belang wordt te weten of hij zijn beroep van arts later in Nederland zal kunnen uitoefenen en of het daarom zin heeft het semi-arts- en artsexamen af te leggen, drong ik aan op een spoedige beslissing. Tot mijn voldoening vernam ik dat deze ook in de bedoeling lag en dat thans nog een kleine versnelling kon worden overwogen indien ik mededeelde hoe het thans met de examens van betrokkene staat.
Ik kan U thans mededelen dat de heer Frensdorf zijn doctoraalexamen heeft afgelegd op 27 November 1951 en thans binnen twee maanden hoopt het semi-artsexamen te kunnen afleggen.
Het geval gaarne in Uw aandacht aanbevelend, ben ik, met de meeste hoogachting,

Dear Mr. Van Dreght,
During your absence, I spoke with your deputy regarding the application for naturalization dated 29 May 1949 of Mr. Ernst Lambrecht Frensdorf, Aurorastraat 11, Utrecht.
Since it is now of vital importance for the latter to know whether he will later be able to practice his profession as a physician in the Netherlands and whether it therefore makes sense to take the semi-medical and medical exams, I urged for a speedy decision. To my satisfaction, I learned that this was also the intention and that a small acceleration could still be considered if I reported on the current status of the person concerned's exams.
I can now inform you that Mr. Frensdorf passed his doctoral exam on 27 November 1951 and now hopes to be able to take the semi-medical exam within two months.
