The Ambassador of India
Buitenrust 2,
The Hague.
Your Excellency,
Unfortunately I am unable to attend your reception on the Indian Republic Day, but I want to extend my sincere congratulations to Mrs Chakravarty and yourself and to thank you very much for your kind invitation. My wife and I were delighted to have had closer contact with some of the students at the Institute of Social Studies who are very nice young men and very enthusiastic, both for the culture of their country and for the tasks they assumed with respect to their study in this country.
Yours respectfully,
