My dear Staehle,
After having returned I want to thank Mrs Staehle and yourself once more for the fine days I spent with you. Please, accept also the thanks of my wife and daughters who are very glad with the things I brought home.
Dr Verdoorn's new book just appeared, and I saw to my satisfaction that various of your studies haven been quoted and the graphs reproduced; even some of the unpublished ones. This leads me once more to emphasize my view that you should certainly publish more of your private investigations. I hope you will find the time for it.
My collaborators were very much interested in what I had to tell them about my discussions; on the other hand we shall send some further material to some of your colleagues and collaborators.
The graphs of my article are being drawn and will be send to you. It will, however, take some time before all will be ready.
