Dear Dr Nyblén,
I received your book on the summation problem and want to thank you very much for your kindness to send it to me. I spent some hours with it and found it very interesting. But the stuff is not so simple and I shall have to think it over. Certainly I feel that from the theoretical point of view you are right in many respects. The question that remains to be seen is how far practical research can and how far it cannot/changed, but your analysis anyhow represents a very stimulating approach to the subject matter.
