Dear Tom,
We were very glad with the letters we got from Ann, and Tine and Els will undoubtedly soon answer them. For the moment I am writing to you about the question of your possible invitation to Europe. I have been discussing it with some colleagues in the electronic field and they would like very much to have a complete survey of your publications and may be other performances. They only found two publications, viz. "Compact thyratron demonstration apparatus", in the American Journal of Physics, and "Ultrasonic wave analyzer" in Radio and Television News. May I ask you to send me at your earliest convenience any further information you think useful for supporting my request for your being invited ? At this moment nothing very definite can be said about it, but evidently they are quite willing to consider the case.
Needless to say that Tine and I would be extremely glad to see you on this side of the ocean !
