Probably I shall be in Geneva from 15-17 November and I hope there is a chance to have a talk with you. Will you be in Geneva and which of these days would be the most convenient for you ? I shall be taken during the morning and early afternoon, but from 3 p.m. onward could be at the Palais des Nations.
