By letter of December the 7th I sent you the further changes for INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION by Professor Tinbergen. The letter came back today because your biblioteca was unknown at the new address Alcalá 185 you wrote us in your letter of November the 20th. For your information I enclose both the letter and the envelope and I would very much like to receive the address to which I can send the changes.
