I regret that I shall not have the pleasure of meeting you again in April, but I only too well understand your decision; actually I am also on leave from my function, but I intend to attend the April meeting. You will know how much we appreciated the way in which you explained to us the problems of your country in the two sessions we had, and how much we were impressed by your method and attitude. I hope we shall meet again in some way or another.
