Dear Colleague,
As president of the Bruges Economists' Week, which will be held at the College of Europe in Bruges from April 27 to May 2, 1953, I have the honor and pleasure of inviting you to participate.
The objective of the Week is to establish - within the framework of the College of Europe - contact between the various European schools of Political Economy, by discussing a subject of importance for European integration.
As a general theme, a special aspect of integration has been chosen this year, namely the monetary aspect. You will find the details of the program in the attached agenda.
In the hope of your participation, please accept, Dear Colleague, the expression of my high consideration.

Comme président de la Semaine des Economistes de Bruges, qui se tiendra au Collège d'Europe à Bruges, le 27 avril jusqu'au 2 mai 1953, j'ai l'honneur et le plaisir de vous inviter d'y participer.
L'objectif de la Semaine est d'établir - dans le cadre du Collège d'Europe - un contact entre les diverses écoles européennes d'Economie Politique, en discutant un sujet d'importance pour l'intégration européenne.
Comme thème général on a choisi cette année un aspect spécial de l'intégration, à savoir l'aspect monétaire. Vous trouverez les détails du programme dans l'ordre du jour ci-annexé.
