I am very sorry that I am unable to come this afternoon because of great pressure of work.
After my return from the United States I have had the pleasure of meeting several of your countrymen in the staff and student-body of the Institute of Social Studies. Mr Mitra is very close to finishing his thesis. Meanwhile I had news from Dr Palvia now returned to [Kwalior].
