Zeer geachte Mevrouw Kleyngeld,
De beste wensen voor 1986! En misschien bedenkt U nog iets anders dan het Nederlands-Latijns Woordenboek, want ze hebben tegenwoordig alleen Latijns-Nederlands, omdat op het eindexamen gymnasium vertalingen Nederlands in 't Latijn niet meer gevraagd worden.
Bijgaand een hele vracht nieuw werk, met nog een voorafgaand verzoek: zoudt U eerst een fotocopie van dit hele handschrift willen zenden aan:

Deze, mijn mede-auteur, komt op 13 januari in Den Haag en zou, zo mogelijk, deze teksten al vast doorgelezen hebben.
Zoals op Hst. 5 vermeld, zou ik voortaan graag 4 exemplaren willen ontvangen, in plaats van 3.
Het typen heeft geen haast; ik werk nu aan de verdere hoofdstukken.

Best wishes for 1986! And perhaps you will think of something other than the Dutch-Latin Dictionary, because nowadays they only have Latin-Dutch, because in the gymnasium final exam translations from Dutch into Latin are no longer required.

This person, my co-author, is coming to The Hague on January 13 and would, if possible, have already read through these texts.
As mentioned in Ch. 5, I would like to receive 4 copies from now on, instead of 3.
