My dear Robinson,
Thank you for yours of March 7. In principle I shall be glad to write the paper you ask me. I don't know whether I shall be able to attend the complete conference. You will be aware there are several international meetings in September and my official duties may make it necessary for me to return to the Hague sometime. But I think it will be possible to be present at the discussions of my own paper.
I shall certainly get in touch with Dupriez about our papers and show him mine before I submit it to the conference. But I think it is better that we each of us write for ourselves.
