Zeer geachte Heer Dusink,
Door ziekte na mijn terugkeer uit vacantie kon ik pas heden enkele nader inlichtingen inwinnen aangaande de procedure bij conflicten als het Uwe. Tot mijn spijt is mij daarbij gebleken dat de beslissing van de Gemeenteraad niet doorslaggevend is. Zeer veel zal afhangen van de opvatting bij de provinciale planologische dienst te Arnhem. Ik ben bang dat ik U daarmede geen nieuws vertel. Slechts in zeer uitzonderlijke gevallen kan na een beslissing van de provinciale planologische dienst getracht worden de Rijksdienst voor het Nationale Plan, Lange Voorhout 19, den Haag er in te moeien.

Dear Mr. Dusink,
Due to illness after my return from vacation, I was only able to obtain some further information today regarding the procedure for conflicts such as yours. To my regret, it has become clear to me that the decision of the Municipal Council is not decisive. Much will depend on the view of the provincial planning service in Arnhem. I am afraid that I am not telling you anything new with this. Only in very exceptional cases, after a decision by the provincial planning service, can an attempt be made to involve the National Planning Service, Lange Voorhout 19, The Hague.
