Gaarne zeg ik U dank voor de toezending van het belangwekkende rapport over de spoorwegen in Zuid-Afrika. Ik vond daarin tal van interessante gegevens, zoals o.a. het feit dat de spoorwegontvangsten in de Unie van Zuid-Afrika een zo groot gedeelte van het nationale inkomen vormen. Het doet mij tevens zien dat men bij Uw instituut een zo omvangrijke arbeid heeft weten te verzetten.
