Dear Mr Jensen,
In reply to your letter of April 30 I should like to draw your attention upon the fact that to work on "Moe's Principle" would not fit very well in the research program of either the Central Planning Bureau or the Netherlands Economic Institute. We are not at all experts in this matter. I wonder whether you could not better co-operate with P.T.T. headquarters, the Hague (Kortenaerkade 12) where, in particular, Dr Kosten is an expert in this field. If it would have been your intention to study dynamic economic models for a country as a whole, there is, no doubt, a possibility for you to spend some time at my office.
