From my colleague Dr Schouten I understand that you are editing the next issue of the International Economic Papers. I hope that you excuse me for asking the following question. Some time ago, when Mr Houthakker was in charge of some translation work on behalf of the International Economic Papers, I suggested to him that also part of the work of Dr B.A. CHAIT might be interesting for these papers. I am curious whether this suggestion was taken over by the editors or whether they saw difficulties in doing so. If the decisions of the editors are not meant for publication, please, consider this question as not been put.
