Amice,
Mijn medewerker Mr H.A. FOYER, aan wien men blijkens vroegere uitlatingen wel gedacht heeft als mogelijke medewerker in Luxemburg, zou als het mogelijk was gaarne weten of daartoe inderdaad kans is. Wellicht zou je zo vriendelijk willen zijn aan de betrokken collega te vragen om de heer Foyer enig uitsluitsel te geven. Bij voorbaat hartelijk dank. Ik hoop zelf midden-Maart weer eens in Luxemburg te zijn; wij hebben ons thans [in] de studie teruggetrokken van de details en daarmede zal enige tijd gemoeid zijn.

My colleague Mr. H.A. FOYER, who, according to previous statements, has been considered as a possible collaborator in Luxembourg, would like to know, if possible, whether there is indeed a chance for that. Perhaps you would be so kind as to ask the colleague concerned to give Mr. Foyer some definitive answer. Thank you very much in advance. I hope to be in Luxembourg again myself in mid-March; we have now withdrawn into the study of the details and that will take some time.
