Dear Sir,
I have to apologize very much that your letter of August 3 was not yet answered. The reason is that it took quite a bit of time to get the second print of Dr Palvia's dissertation out. It will be sent to you within the next few weeks. I am sorry that because of this delay I forgot to answer the last but one paragraph in your letter. In principle you certainly will be welcome. The beginning of next year would be a convenient period for the bureau: our busiest period always being the second half of the year.
