This is to introduce with you the Dutch student R.P. Sévêke, President of the Netherlands Students Organization for the United Nations. Mr Sévêke has played an active role in several congresses in favour of European co-ordination. In addition he is a very good student of which we have favourable expectations. Mr Sévêke is now going to Italy to make a study of the southern Italian problem. I would appreciate very much any support you could give him during his stay in Italy.
