Page 32 Did you also study Professor B. van Praag's scale of household members derived from his survey of 3000 consumers? (Economisch Instituut, Groenhovenstraat 5, Leiden).
Page 35 What are the advantages of Theil's measure of inequality?
Page 42 Very useful remarks and table.
Page 91 Is a decomposition of urban households into some occupational groups possible? This might help to explain income inequality. Preferably also mention upper quartile and median years of schooling for each occupation - and choose them so as to show a minimum of dispersion within occupational groups.

industries? In fact in 4 cases ? ? 0.4, in 6 cases 0.4 ? ? ? 0.8 and in 6 cases ? > 0.8.
Page 18 Could you explain why [unclear] = 0 is equivalent to a "constant rate of market imperfection??
Page 20 Could you indicate in Table 20 what the numbers in the second column mean? Industry numbers?
Page 45 Wouldn't it be useful to add, on p. 46, something on Leontief's suggestion that a worker in one country is not the same factor of production as a worker in another country? (Without necessarily adhering to his suggestion that one American worker is equivalent to 3 foreign workers).
