My dear Staehle,
Since I have to deliver a speech on Saturday night, 11 March in Antwerp I intend to travel to Basle on Sunday the 12th and to continue on Monday morning.
I wonder whether the E.C.E. would be willing to supply me a small amount of Swiss francs in advance in order to pay for my hotel in Basle. Of course any alternative arrangement would be equally welcome.
I shall have to leave on Saturday the 18th in the afternoon in order to have the train from Basle to the Hague early on Sunday morning.
I am sorry to disturb you with this matter but I hope one of your assistants will be able to help me.
