Je was zo vriendelijk mij uit te nodigen om tijdens het congres van The Econometric Society in Leuven bij je te logeren. Indien voor jou geen belet is opgekomen inmiddels zal ik zeer gaarne Dinsdag 11 September in de loop van de avond bij je binnenvallen, terwijl ons vertrek zal plaats vinden aan het einde van Vrijdag de 14e. Ik verheug mij er zeer op je vrouw en jou en het gezin weer terug te zien en hoop dat je niet zult schromen mij te laten weten, indien het je minder goed mocht schikken.

If no obstacle has arisen for you in the meantime, I would very much like to drop by on Tuesday, September 11, in the course of the evening, while our departure will take place at the end of Friday the 14th.
